On this visit, we popped into Karv specifically to try their gyro — not something you easily find in southern New Hampshire. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is serious about doing it right.
Behind the counter is the star attraction — the traditional gyro spit turning slowly, with beef, lamb, and chicken roasting to perfection, building those crispy edges that make a gyro so crave-worthy.
The atmosphere is clean, modern, and casual — perfect for a quick meal or takeout.
