My Visit to the Amherst NH Location

On my recent visit to the Amherst location, I ordered the 3 Meat Platter and was immediately impressed by something I’ve never been asked at a BBQ spot: “Do you want your brisket lean, fatty, or mixed?” That kind of detail shows serious commitment to the customer experience—and I appreciated it. (For the record, I went lean.)

Here’s how it all broke down:
